#STARTSMART with EL.NET – Join the production of the future!

With EL.NET we provide the tools you need to master Industry 4.0 processes. The new EL.NET technology will optimize your entire production process on the basis of a digital, network-capable, IoT-enabled, and web-based system architecture. The system can be adapted without any problems to your current production processes and to your production of the future.

In our EL.NET control system, digital E+L components connect together consistently in a network and in this way make possible straightforward, quick integration into the customer's network. EL.NET also allows easy integration of sensors of other brands used by the customer. All devices automatically and selectively exchange data relevant for optimal control within a production plant.

With EL.NET, up to 255 control systems can be connected together in a network. Here, the data acquired at all levels of the production process makes up a decisive part of the automation. This data creates high levels of transparency and makes it possible to monitor processes in real time, to optimize them, and to therefore minimize downtimes and production waste.

Every EL.NET device is equipped with an integrated web server, which is used to share data and functions. This enables user-friendly, guided commissioning, optimization, and service via web-based management, i.e. using a common standard web browser – without any need for dedicated software. The EL.NET components comprise our digital edge and color line sensors, controllers, and brushless – and therefore wear-free – actuating drives. Cabling and power supplies to the devices are provided via PoE, which is a very simple solution. Commissioning is also quick and trouble-free via plug & play.

The components flexibly adapt to new requirements, minimize retooling times, and thus guarantee efficient production. Integrated fieldbus interfaces and optional fieldbus modules make the process of connecting E+L control systems to a customer controller a straightforward task.
