We have balanced this 350 x 4,000 mm idler roller to 4 g residual unbalance for our customer. Rollers should always be balanced when high speeds are required. Rollers up to 6,000 mm in length and a unit weight of 1,000 kg can be balanced on our balancing bench.
In order to be able to guarantee the necessary work safety on the balancing machine, the colleagues from the Profiles + Systems business unit have built the necessary protective fence from our tried and tested construction profile.
