Hochgenaue Flächengewichtsmessung ELTIM

ELTIM is an ultrasound-based, radiation-free sensor for contactless determination of the basis weight of materials such as plastic films and coatings. Thanks to the high measurement frequency and the small detection area, ELTIM offers very high resolution transverse to the direction of web travel.

Rotary drives EL.MOTION

The brushless motors of type AD 11 and AD 12 marketed under the brand EL.MOTION are intelligent drives with an integrated controller. The drives can be used for position control, speed control or torque control and are particularly suitable for applications that require very quiet operation and a long service life.

The AD drives are equipped with the latest EL.NET technology, which makes it possible to implement control tasks without the need for an external controller. For this purpose, a wide range of sensors and input/output modules is available from E+L. All the drives have web-based management on board as standard. This means that, when it is connected via Ethernet, the motor responds to the browser on a PC so that settings can be made and statuses polled. However, E+L also places great value on open connectivity and therefore also offers open access via Ethernet/UDP or certified standard protocols, such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet and Powerlink.

As such the new rotary drives and also the established linear actuating drives of type AG 9 blend seamlessly into the EL.NET technology from Erhardt+Leimer
