Problems creating ideas!
Everyone is aware of the problem of material jam on converting machines creating „problems“ such as waste, downtime, broken parts etc. eventually causing avoidable costs.
Why?
Film or tube are not always perfect, sometimes you are facing the problem of „filmhanging“, „thicknessvariations“, to much or less powder or slipagents inside or on the surface of the film or tube, etc…
Lechita / DC has developed a system to prevent that problem!
It will be a standard part in all our new machines, reducing downtime and enabeling productivity!
It will also be possible to install that system in all our older LECHITA machines AND non LECHITA machines.
