ELBA S.p.A., strongly characterized by the constant determination to enhance its offer, decided to innovate the modular structure of its SA-V pouch making machine, with the aim of further raising the performance and meeting new and increasingly important customers’ demands: compactness, flexibility, new technology and visual assistance.
COMPACTNESS: overall machine layout has been optimized to achieve a better control of the processed materials and a wider useful width that, consequently, ensures an increased production range as concerns the shape of the pouches.
FLEXIBILITY: this feature has always been ELBA’s main strength and has been further improved, thereby guaranteeing the possibility to produce a wide range of pouches on the same machine; this allows to obtain high production levels, as well as a significant saving in terms of space and in energy and economic terms.
NEW TECHNOLOGY: the machine is equipped with an integrated web server for remote KPI and energy analysis.
VISUAL ASSISTANCE: real-time control for cutting registration.
This updated model has been engineered to make machine management easier in every respect, from setup to maintenance, and is equipped with fewer but more effective adjustments and components. The latter have been designed to guarantee maximum reliability, with regard to speed and sealing quality, and minimize maintenance downtime, limited only to wear parts.
