4 years crease-free thanks to the EcoStretchRoll

One spreader roller for countless applications. Four years ago, we were able to supply one 
of our customers with several EcoStretchRolls for three of their eight blown film lines.
They were installed in the turner bar system, in front of the width measurement and in the 
rewinders.
His feedback after four years is very positive. The EcoStretchRoll spreads his PE films from 
15 - 145 µm with excellent results. Other systems could not convince him 100% in this wide 
range of film thicknesses, as not all creases could be eliminated, depending on the system. 
And if so, then only with the disadvantage of markings on the film or stretched center areas 
due to excessive web tension.
Another advantage in addition to the wrinkle-free and mark-free film is the service life of the 
EcoStretchRoll. One of its systems runs almost 24 hours a day. So far, none of the rollers 
have had to be replaced.
