Zecher GmbH is starting the new year with a major personnel change. After almost three decades of service to the company, Technical CEO Rüdiger Wand is taking his well-deserved retirement. For almost 30 years, he has shaped the company with his great technical expertise, strategic vision, and personal commitment.
Since joining the company, Mr. Wand has guided it through both successful and challenging times. Under his technical leadership, important innovations were initiated, processes were modernized, and future-oriented developments were accelerated. His contribution has played a key role in strengthening the company's position in the industry in the long term.
In addition to his professional expertise, Rüdiger Wand was equally valued by colleagues, customers, and partners. His calm, solution-oriented manner and comprehensive knowledge made him a reliable contact person and a constant authority on all technical matters.

Sven Krause, who was appointed CTO in the middle of last year, will take over the position as contact person for technical matters.
Despite Rüdiger Wand's retirement, Zecher GmbH is extremely confident about the future: thanks to a strong, well-coordinated management team consisting of Thomas Eisner (CEO), Thomas Reinking (Sales), Sven Krause (Technology), and Jörg Rohde (Application Technology), the company is very well positioned to continue on its successful course and set new standards.
The initial goals following the restructuring are to further expand Zecher's technological leadership in the field of laser engraving, to set new, future-oriented and sustainable standards in prepress technology, and thus to create the greatest possible added value for Zecher customers and partners.
