DUAL SHAFT

Our dual shaft solutions are designed to rewind and produce high quality finished reels with large diameters. Thanks to the dual slitting method - razor blades or circular knives - our machines are able to process almost all types of flexible packaging materials with different thickness, from 10 to 800 μm, and web widths up to 2000 mm.

Our turret solutions are designed to reach high production speed and together with the automatic change-over of the turret system, machines downtimes are drastically reduced (our solutions can restart in less than one minute). The result is increased productivity and an efficient production rhythm.
