Simple, safe, efficient – in any position
The highlight of the Switch&Lock 360 coupling lies in its particularly easy handling: The male and female connectors are connected with virtually no resistance – without any precise alignment. The locking process is audible and visually verifiable by a color-coded locking bolt – ideal for areas that are difficult to access or see. Simply pulling the bolt is enough to release the connection.
A variety of materials for every requirement
The Switch&Lock 360 hose coupling is available in three material versions – plastic, aluminum, or made entirely of stainless steel – thus covering a variety of applications and price ranges, which can also be combined with one another. The product-contacting tube adapter is always made of stainless steel in all versions, reliably meeting the requirements of cleanrooms and medical applications.
Intelligent coding – mechanical, color, and electronic
To reliably distinguish between different piping systems, so-called coding rings can be subsequently added – mechanically and color-coded. With up to 24 possible coding patterns, even complex systems can be clearly and reliably identified. Alternatively or additionally, the coupling is also RFID-compatible and can be integrated into digitally networked systems.
