Derichs Walzenmanufaktur GmbH, founded in 1972 and under female management since 2014, has been producing high-precision steel rollers with various coatings tailored to your applications in our own factory since 2019. Whether chrome, thermal spray coatings, rubber coatings, or embossing, thanks to our excellent network and many years of experience in the plastics industry, we build and finish your rollers exactly as you require them for your application. Our production capacities range from Ø 80 to Ø 1000 mm and a maximum length of 4000 mm. We are also highly innovative and think outside the box. We take customer questions and suggestions seriously. This is how we developed, among other things, our measuring tool ED 1 and ED 2, which delivers data directly from the roller via Bluetooth, as well as our world first, the unique, contactless inline cleaning process ED TouchlessClean. This eliminates the risk of injury when cleaning the roller surfaces during operation and saves time and money.
