EcoStretchRoll-ST now also available in silicone: Optimum solution for heat and sticky substrates

Hot and sticky, no problem - the EcoStretchRoll works! 

Thanks to the positive feedback from our customers when using our highly efficient EcoStretchRoll spreader roll, we are faced with increasingly difficult challenges.

In particular, the issue of heat and sticky substrates is raised time and again. As DRECKSHAGE focuses on every customer request, we have taken up the challenge and developed a new spreader ring. We can now also offer the EcoStretchRoll-ST in silicone (current diameter availability = 110 mm and 150 mm).

Advantages of silicone over TPE: 

• Better release properties with sticky substrates. This is particularly interesting for slitting and converting applications for adhesive solutions
• Higher temperature resistance. Very interesting for printing and converting applications that require the medium to dry / cure after processing.
• In these applications, the silicone has a longer service life than TPE.

The advantages of the EcoStretchRoll at a glance: 

• Spreads even media with layer thicknesses < 5 μm
• Available in diameters of 60 mm, 110 mm, 130 mm and 150 mm
• No functionless centre area
• Wrap angle of 10 - 180° possible
• Spreads as soon as spreading potential is present - even with low web tension
• no external drive required; the spreader roller is driven by the fabric web
• Universally applicable, e.g. as an alternative to an idler roller
